These Terms govern your use of graysect.com, the public company website operated by Graysect LLC. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Scope and Product Terms
This site describes Graysect and links to separate products and services. Product use may be governed by additional terms and notices. In particular, HealthLab access is governed by the HealthLab Terms of Service and its related policies. If these Terms conflict with product-specific terms about that product, the product-specific terms control.
2. Information Only
The company site and its examples are provided for general informational and demonstration purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Product descriptions, roadmaps, availability, examples, and results may change and are not guarantees of a particular outcome.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use this site to violate law or another person's rights; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the site or its infrastructure; introduce malicious code; evade security or rate limits; scrape the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on its infrastructure; or misrepresent your affiliation with Graysect.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience or source access. Graysect does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
6. Feedback and Communications
If you voluntarily send general feedback about this company site, you give Graysect permission to use it without restriction or payment. This does not transfer ownership of member data, product-account content, health information, or submissions governed by product-specific terms. Do not send confidential, medical, or sensitive health information through general support email unless Graysect specifically requests it through an appropriate product workflow.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available." Graysect disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. Graysect does not warrant that the site will always be available, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graysect and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the company site. Graysect's total liability for claims relating to this company site will not exceed 100 U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Colorado will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to this company site, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
