Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Graysect LLC handles personal information when you visit graysect.com or contact Graysect about the company site.
1. Scope
This Policy covers the public Graysect company site. Graysect products may collect different information and have separate policies. HealthLab information is governed by the HealthLab Privacy Policy. A product-specific policy controls if it conflicts with this Policy about that product.
2. Information We Handle
The company site does not offer an account or an on-site contact form. If you email Graysect, we receive the address, message, and information you choose to include. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
Graysect has not added advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, or a company-site analytics profile. Infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for security and reliable delivery.
3. How We Use Information
Graysect uses information to provide and secure the site, answer messages, investigate errors or abuse, maintain service reliability, protect legal rights, comply with law, and improve the clarity and usefulness of the company site. Graysect does not sell personal information or use company-site information for targeted advertising.
4. When Information Is Shared
Graysect may share information with vendors that host, secure, monitor, or support the site and communications; when required by law or a valid legal process; to investigate fraud, abuse, or a security threat; to protect people, rights, and property; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Vendors may process information only for the services they provide to Graysect, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
5. Retention
Graysect keeps company-site information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including security, support, legal, and recordkeeping needs. Retention depends on the information and why it was collected. Backup, fraud-prevention, and legal records may remain for a limited period after operational records are removed.
6. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request,email support@graysect.com with the subject "Privacy request."Graysect may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it. You may appeal a denied request by replying with the subject "Privacy appeal."
7. Security and Data Minimization
Graysect uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the company site, but no system is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, government identifiers, payment-card details, diagnoses, medication lists, lab results, symptoms, pregnancy information, adverse-event narratives, or other sensitive health information through general support email.
8. Children
The company site is not directed to children under 13, and Graysect does not knowingly collect their personal information through this site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact Graysect so the issue can be reviewed.
9. International Visitors
Graysect operates in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
10. Changes
Graysect may update this Policy as the company site or its data practices change. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
